I went to otherworld for the second time and felt a little embarrassed that I’d hyped it up in my head so much. The first visit was really cool because everything felt new, strange, and fun to explore. This time, though, I mostly felt like I was just walking around looking at the same things again. Some of the rooms are still neat, but not enough had changed to make it feel worth the price for me. I can see it being great if you’ve never been before, but as a repeat visit it was kind of weak. I left feeling a bit bored, which was disappointing.

I had a rough time using otherworld. The pages were loading really slowly, checkout froze on me twice, and then I got logged out for no clear reason... It did eventually go through, but I wouldn’t trust it for anything time-sensitive. Support was okay, so that helped a little, but the site itself just feels kind of buggy

I went to Otherworld recently, and overall it was an okay experience. The staff were friendly enough and no one was rude at all — they smiled and answered the basic questions we had. That said, compared to other places I’ve been to where the staff really take a little time to explain things and get people excited, this felt a bit rushed at moments. A few things weren’t explained super clearly, so we had to kind of figure it out as we went. Still had a decent time, but I think it would be better if the staff were a little more engaged with guests.

It was fine, I had some fun with it for a little while, but I kept feeling like there just wasn’t enough there for the price. Maybe if it had a bit more content or went on sale, but as it is... yeah, not sure I’d say it’s worth it...

Right from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere hit me in the best way. It had this unreal vibe that made it easy to just get lost in everything and enjoy the experience.

They did help me out in the end and I appreciate that, it just took a while to hear back sometimes so I was kind of waiting around wondering what was going on, but once they replied they were nice and handled what I needed.

Overall, the place was cool!! Nice vibe and all that... but the bar was kind of a letdown. We waited forever to get served, and the staff seemed a little confused?? The drinks were fine, nothing terrible, but definitely not worth the hassle!!!

It was an okay experience overall. I did have fun, but the session felt a little short for what it cost. I’ve done similar activities before where there was a bit more time to settle in and really enjoy it, so I kind of noticed the difference here. Still a good time, I just wish it had lasted longer.

The place looked cool from what I remember, and the staff seemed nice enough. But the safety info felt kind of rushed, and I don’t recall feeling very clear on what I was supposed to do if something went wrong. Looking back, that made the whole experience more stressful than it should’ve been.

I had a good time using otherworld.com, even though I also found it a little frustrating at points. I got stuck on something and wasn’t thrilled about that, but the staff jumped in quickly and were genuinely friendly, which made a big difference. It’s not a perfect experience, but at the same time, the support made it feel a lot smoother than I expected.

The place itself was fine, nothing terrible, but wow the check-in situation was kind of chaotic. We had booked in advance, so I figured we’d just show up and get going, but we ended up standing around for ages while the staff tried to figure everyone out. It just didn’t feel very organised, and by the time we actually got through it, the vibe was already a bit off. Like, not the worst experience ever or anything, but for what we paid, I really expected things to run a lot more smoothly.

I’d give otherworld 4 stars because, for the most part, the difficulty is actually fair. Like, yeah, some parts are tough, but that doesn’t automatically mean the game is unfair. Most of the levels build up in a way that makes sense, and I never felt completely lost or like I was just wasting time. A few sections did feel like they suddenly got way harder out of nowhere, which was definitely annoying and made me step away for a bit. But it wasn’t enough to ruin the experience. Overall, it’s fun, challenging, and balanced well enough.

The wait was way too long. I get that places get busy, but at some point it just feels like nobody has a clue what's going on. I kept thinking it would be just a few more minutes, and then somehow it turned into this whole ordeal. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for.

I thought the idea was really cool at first, but I got lost fast. it felt like there was potential, I just had a hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do next.

I got everything set up way faster than I expected. the onboarding was clear, and I didn’t really get stuck anywhere, which was Nice.

I used this headset for a long session, i mostly remember it being comfortable the whole time. Toward the end it did start feeling a little tight, but that part kind of fades compared to the fact that I still had a good time using it.

The location is convenient for me, not too far away and easy enough to get to. But the parking situation was a little chaotic, and finding the entrance turned into a tiny quest I was not emotionally prepared for. Overall, it was fine, just not the smooth, effortless experience I was hoping for

I’ve spent some time on Otherworld, the graphics are solid. There are a lot of nice little details, and it runs okay most of the time. Some areas genuinely look really cool, but then you hit a few spots that feel rough or kind of blurry, which takes you out of it a bit. The audio is hit or miss for me too. The music fits the mood well enough, but some sound effects are way too loud while others are barely noticeable. My main gripe is that they make things sound really polished with these vague promises, but the actual experience is more like “fine, but not amazing.”

The pod was comfy and felt really private, which I appreciated. It did get a bit warm though, like maybe the ventilation wasn’t quite keeping up

Booking was straightforward, but the checkout process felt kind of slow. Also, the reminders afterward were way too aggressive for me, I don’t need to be nudged that many times.
